采用气相色谱分析烯效唑的含量，选用QF—1固定液、ChromosorbW．H．P为担体，以邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为内标物，该方法标准偏差0．15％，变异系数为0．17％，烯效唑的平均回收率为99．59％。
The content of uniconazole was analyzed by gas chromatography, using QF-1 fixative, ChromosorbW. H. P as carrier and dibutyl phthalate as internal standard. The method has a standard deviation of 0.15% and a coefficient of variation of 0.17%. The average recovery of uniconazole is 99.59%.
