一、问题的提出针对传统体育课教学中“教师讲,学生听;教师令,学生行”的被动教学模式,研究在男女分班后,如何变被动教学为主动教学,挖掘每个学生潜力,使不同层次学生的体育知识和技能得到掌握和提高,体质得到增强。为此我校决定在高三男生体育课施行“预定目标”教学方法的实验研究。二、实验的五个阶段第一阶段:准备工作。先在高二时,选择少量学生试行“达标制”教学,通过一学期教学后,制订实验方案和步骤,並于86年9月——87年2月实施。实验前,随机地把原先均由我任教的高三(1)、
