为了建立高效液相色谱快速检测食品中亚硝酸钠的方法,通过优化食品中亚硝酸钠的提取工艺,建立了食品中亚硝酸钠的高效液相色谱测定方法。研究表明:优化后提取工艺为超声温度50℃,超声4 min,料液比1∶80和微波600 W,提取4 min,料液比1∶50时能够充分提取出食品中所含的亚硝酸钠。提取液经过滤、离心后,进行高效液相色谱检测,优化后的色谱方法检出限为0.006 mg/k g,回收率为99.23%~103.57%,相对标准偏差为1.64%,与国标方法相比,方法操作简便、灵敏度高、检测时间更短。
In order to establish a rapid HPLC method for the determination of sodium nitrite in food, a method for the determination of sodium nitrite in food by HPLC was established by optimizing the extraction process of sodium nitrite in food.
