常州轻工职业技术学院围绕行业杰出人物精神构建学校文化,形成了特色。高职院应充分重视对校友精神资源的挖掘,充分发挥校友精神在办学中的作用。重视对相关行业突出贡献者的宣传,以便在学校营造一种与行业相关的职业氛围,则有助于高职院职业精神的培育,对高职院人才培养工作起到十分重要的作用。
Changzhou Institute of Light Industry Vocational and technical personnel around the industry to build the spirit of outstanding school culture, formed a characteristic. Higher vocational colleges should give full attention to excavating the spiritual resources of alumni and give full play to the role of alumni in running schools.
