最近以来,我们陆续收到不少读者来信,询问《四川政报》刊载的文件是否同正式文件一样有效?对此,我们重申国务院办公厅和省政府办公厅的有关规定如下:一九八五年九月,《国务院办公厅关于公文处理等几个具体问题的通知》(国办发[1985]64号)明确规定:为了及时传达国务院决定和指示,减少文件印刷和传递环节,今后《国务院文件》和《国务院办公厅文件》,凡可以全文直接和群众见而的,一般将直接在中央报刊和《国务院公报》上全文发表,注明不另行文和文件编号。各地可以自行在报刊转载和翻印,文书档案部门可以据此作为正式文件存档。
