为了解南京市公共场所环境中嗜肺军团菌的主要污染来源和污染现况,于2012年8—10月采集南京市5家宾馆酒店、5家商场、3家综合性医院及2个居民区不同类型的水样品和土壤样品共234份,采用荧光定量PCR方法检测嗜肺军团菌。结果显示,水样中嗜肺军团菌阳性检出率为34.09%(30/88),其中冷却水阳性检出率最高,为85.71%(24/28);土壤样品中嗜肺军团菌阳性检出率为10.96%(16/146),其中花卉培育土阳性检出率最高,为20.00%(13/65)。提示南京市公共场所存在嗜肺军团菌污染,对人群健康构成潜在威胁。
In order to understand the main sources of contamination and the status of Legionella pneumophila in public places in Nanjing City, five hotel and five Nanjing hotels, three general hospitals and two residential areas were collected from August to October in 2012 A total of 234 samples of different types of water and soil samples were tested for the detection of Legionella pneumophila using fluorescence quantitative PCR.
