一、设计洪水的诸要素设计洪水所应包括的要素,决定于我们对水文现象的认识和水利工程设计的要求。根据中国的条件,对位于较大河流上的有调节流量作用的水工建筑物,其设计洪水目前应包括以下六个要素,即:(1)设计标准;(2)洪峰流量;(3)洪水总量;(4)洪水过程线;(5)洪水的组成和遭遇;(6)洪水的季节性。兹分述如下:
I. Elements of a Design Flood The elements that should be included in a design flood depend on our understanding of the hydrological phenomena and the requirements of the design of the hydraulic engineering. According to the conditions of China, the current design flood of hydraulic structures located on larger rivers should include the following six elements: (1) design criteria; (2) peak flow; (3) Flood volume; (4) flood process line; (5) flood composition and encounter; (6) flood seasonality.
