本文分析416例单侧或双侧急性上颌窦炎治疗前放射学和细菌学的检查与临床症状的关系。根据上颌窦X线摄片阴影密度的高低,将病人分为两组,阴影密度高或完全不透光者121例,密度较低者259例。在前组病人中,鼻腔浓涕量多,上呼吸道其他部位发生感染者也较多,其他症状两组相同。在后组病人中,分泌物做细菌培养多无菌生长或仅有肺炎双球菌等普通细菌,而致病菌通常见于阴影密度高的达组病人。进一步分析治愈后X线摄片和细菌学的关系,发现由肺炎双球菌感染的鼻窦炎比由嗜血性流感杆菌感染者或分泌物培养无菌生长者容易治愈。作者还发现由
This article analyzes the 416 cases of unilateral or bilateral acute maxillary sinusitis radiotherapy and bacteriology before treatment and clinical symptoms. According to the degree of shadow density of maxillary sinus radiography, the patients were divided into two groups: 121 cases with high shadow density or complete opacity, and 259 cases with lower density.
