微博时代法治的新面相

微博在中国出现后,在极短的时间内经历了迅疾的发展。微博时代的法治正是在此背景下表现出诸多全新的面相。微博对于培育法治意识、维护合法权益、实施社会监督、推动政务公开、实现言论自由等方面都具有独特的积极价值。与此同时,微博给法治所带来的影响亦具有双刃剑的效果,微博上的谣言、不当言论、信息曝光以及其他乱象都亟需法律进行规制。虽然一些应对措施已经出台,但仍需多方共同努力,多管齐下,推进微博时代的法治建设。 After the emergence of Weibo in China, it experienced rapid development within a very short period of time. It is in this context that the rule of law in the Weibo era has shown many new looks. Weibo has unique positive values ​​in cultivating awareness of the rule of law, safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests, implementing social supervision, promoting open government affairs, and realizing freedom of speech. At the same time, the impact of Weibo on the rule of law also has a double-edged sword effect. The rumors, improper speech, exposure of information and other chaos on Weibo require urgent regulation by law. Although some countermeasures have been promulgated, many parties still need to make concerted efforts to push forward the construction of the rule of law in the era of Weibo.
