党的十一届三中全会以来,公司坚持以邓小平同志建设有中国特色的社会主义理论为指导,贯彻党和国家的各项方针政策,发扬“认真、团结、求实、创新”的企业精神,解放思想,面向市场,深化改革,真抓实干,两个文明建设取得了显著的成绩。特别是近年来,在建立社会主义市场经济体制中,公司以转换经营机制为核心,建立现代企业制度为方向,抓住机遇,加速发展,走质量效益型道路,生产经营工作连续跨越几个新台阶。先后荣获省、市“质量效益型先进企业”、市“质量信得过企业”、市级连续3年“重合同、守信用企业”和市级“文明单位标兵”、“全国建筑业统计工作先进单位”等称号,进入全国500家最佳经济效益建筑企业行列,工程质量受到建设部通报表彰。近几年,公司主要抓了“六坚持”:
