研究了SrS∶HoF3薄膜的光谱特性,分析了光谱与驱动电压的关系,认为SrS∶HoF3薄膜电致发光不是以直接碰撞激发机制为主;方波脉冲激发下没有看到下降沿发光的现象,可能不存在发光中心离化的过程.比较SrS∶HoF3薄膜的电致发光与光致发光光谱,认为过热电子碰撞激发基质晶格,基质激发后将能量传递到发光中心是主要的激发过程
The spectral characteristics of SrS:HoF3 thin films were investigated. The relationship between the spectra and the driving voltage was analyzed. It is concluded that the electroluminescence of SrS:HoF3 thin films is not dominated by the direct collision excitation mechanism; There may not be a process of ionization of the luminescent center. The electroluminescence and photoluminescence spectra of SrS: HoF3 thin films were compared. It is considered that the supercell electrons collide and excite the host lattice, and the energy transfer to the luminescent center after matrix excitation is the main excitation process
