观察榄香烯乳对B16黑色素瘤细胞株是否具有诱导分化作用。通过MTT显色法测定榄香烯乳在体外对B16细胞株的IC50,腹腔给药观察榄香烯乳对体内B16细胞株皮下、肺转移结节的抑制作用.选取低于IC50的药物浓度研究榄香烯乳作用后B16细胞株超微结构和成瘤性的改变.榄香烯乳对体内外B16细胞株均有抑制作用.药物作用后,瘤细胞生长抑制,增殖减慢,接触抑制恢复,成瘤性降低,电镜观察细胞恶性度下降,出现较为成熟的黑色素颗粒.在低浓度时,榄香烯乳对B16细胞株具有诱导分化作用
Observe whether elemene milk has differentiation-inducing effect on B16 melanoma cell line. The IC50 of elemene milk against B16 cell line in vitro was determined by MTT colorimetry. The inhibitory effect of elemene on subcutaneous and pulmonary metastatic nodules of B16 cell line was observed by intraperitoneal administration. Selecting the drug concentration below IC50 to study the changes of ultrastructure and tumorigenicity of B16 cell line after elemene emulsion treatment. Elemene milk has inhibitory effects on B16 cell lines both in vitro and in vivo. After the drug treatment, the growth of the tumor cells was inhibited, the proliferation was slowed down, the contact inhibition was restored, the tumorigenicity was reduced, and the degree of cell malignancy was observed by electron microscopy. The more mature melanin particles appeared. At low concentration, elemene milk has induced differentiation of B16 cell line
