对20例原发食管腺癌标本和80例Baret食管标本进行p53蛋白和表皮生长因子受体表达的检测。结果:在原发食管腺癌标本中,30%的p53蛋白和80%的表皮生长因子受体呈现了阳性表达。Baret食管标本p53蛋白、表皮生长因子受体的阳性表达率分别为29%和56%。在部分阳性表达的Baret食管中,组织学未显示有不典型增生。提示:Baret食管上皮为研究原发性食管腺癌的早期发生和发展提供了一种非常适宜的研究模型。
The expression of p53 protein and epidermal growth factor receptor were detected in 20 primary esophageal adenocarcinoma specimens and 80 Baret esophageal specimens. RESULTS: In primary esophageal adenocarcinoma specimens, 30% of p53 protein and 80% of epidermal growth factor receptors showed positive expression. The positive expression rates of p53 protein and epidermal growth factor receptor in Baret esophageal specimens were 29% and 56%, respectively. In the partially positively expressed Baret esophagus, histology did not show dysplasia. Tip: Baret esophageal epithelium provides a very suitable research model for the early occurrence and development of primary esophageal adenocarcinoma.
