Readers Hmong letter Q: I am a construction enterprise workers, work in the unit for more than 20 years, because the work is indeed excellent, almost every year by the unit rewards. During this period, I was recommended by the unit in 2000, appraised by the Ministry of Construction issued a certificate of construction project manager. In 2003, due to the decline in efficiency of the unit, I was transferred to other units. When I left the original unit, I had only the original copy of the project manager’s certificate. I always wanted to get this formalized to the current unit. However, the original unit has been delayed and refused to do so.
