动物实验表明,多种钙拮抗剂能够抑制动脉粥样硬化形成。尽管其药理作用有较大差别,但均阻断钙内流,从而构成抗动脉粥样硬化作用的可能机制。
Animal experiments show that a variety of calcium antagonists can inhibit atherosclerosis. Although its pharmacological effects are quite different, they all block the influx of calcium, thus forming a possible anti-atherosclerotic mechanism.
