目的建立同时测定养血清脑胶囊中芍药苷和阿魏酸含量的方法。方法采用HPLC法。色谱柱为Diamonsil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-体积分数0.085%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长为240 nm,柱温为30℃。结果芍药苷质量浓度在4.96~19.84 mg·L-1内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 6),平均回收率为97.1%(RSD=1.9%,n=6);阿魏酸质量浓度在2.52~10.08 mg·L-1内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 0),平均回收率为100.1%(RSD=2.8%,n=6)。结论建立的方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于养血清脑胶囊的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of paeoniflorin and ferulic acid in Yangxue Qingnao Capsule. Methods HPLC method. The column was a Diamonsil C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.085% phosphoric acid with a gradient of 1.0 mL · min-1. The detection wavelength was 240 nm and the column temperature was 30 ° C. Results The concentration of paeoniflorin in the range of 4.96-19.84 mg · L-1 showed a good linear relationship with the peak area (r = 0.999 6) and the average recovery was 97.1% (RSD = 1.9%, n = 6) The linear relationship between the mass concentration and peak area was 2.52 ~ 10.08 mg · L-1 (r = 0.999 0). The average recovery was 100.1% (RSD = 2.8%, n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for quality control of Yangxue Qingnao Capsule.
