炼钢厂自2001年11月份从意大利达涅利公司引进LF精炼炉投产后,操作人员只能用电话同下道工序连铸进行联系,了解相关的生产情况,给生产顺行带来麻烦。为了满足生产需要,自动化车间计算机班的工程技术人员知难而上,在进行了软件安装、调试和网络参数的设置之后,又在现场铺设了数十米的电缆,于3月2日安装调试成功并投入使用。根据计算机所反映的连铸工艺参数,进行准确精炼操作,确保连铸顺利进行。
