由于旅游行业在近几年得到了飞速的发展,这使得高职院校中酒店管理专业也成为了比较热门的专业,而在酒店管理专业教学过程中,《客房与服务管理》又是一门非常重要的学科,对提高学生的实践应用能力起着关键性的作用。对于《客房与服务管理》的教学内容以及教学模式,自新课改以来都作出了重大变革,更加注重学生在实际工作中应用理论知识解决问题的能力。尤其是对于高职学校的学生来说,实践应用能力是学生日后走向社会所必须具备的基本素质。因此,本文中笔者将结合实际教学经验,简要分析《客房服务与管理》教学中学生的实践能力的有效措施。
