人类长期生活在差异较大,各种自然地理,气象条件下的环境之中,具有一定的生物调节适应能力。但当环境发生的改变超过了人的适应能力时,就会引起人体某些器官的功能性或器质性的变化。为了了解蚌埠首次开往乌鲁木齐的旅客列车上乘务人员在冬季不同的环境,气象条件下的生理反应情况,以便为今后正式通车时制定卫生保键措施提供依据,于1985年冬季对该趟列车进行了卫生学调查。
