对我院髓内脂肪瘤误诊为硬膜下血肿1例分析如下。1病历摘要女,21岁。突发双下肢无力、排便障碍、行走不便6 d急诊就诊,临床收治入院。查体:颅脑神经检查正常,T8以下深浅感觉减退,双下肢共济失调,肌力减退,右下肢肌力3级,左下肢4级,两侧B ab insk i、Chaddock征均(+),腱反射亢进 Intramedullary lipoma misdiagnosed as subdural hematoma in 1 case analyzed as follows. 1 medical record summary female, 21 years old.
