目的:观察针药结合治疗脊髓亚急性联合变性(subacute combined degeneration of the spinal cord,SCD)的临床疗效.方法:选取2013年10月-2014年10月本院诊断治疗的SCD患者20例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组10例.对照组给予弥可保、维生素C、维生素B治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用针刺治疗.结果:治疗组有效率为90.0％,对照组有效率为50.0％,治疗组优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:针药结合治疗脊髓亚急惶联合变性疗效显著.“,”Objective:To observe the clinical effects of acupuncture combined with drugs on subacute combined degeneration of the spinal cord(SCD).Methods:Totally 20 patients with SCD treated in this hospital between October 2013 and October 2014 were randomized into treatment group and control group,10 cases in each group.Control group were given Methycobalamin,Vitamin C and Vitanin B for the treatment while treatment group were added with acupuncture treatment.Results:The effective rate was 90.0％ in treatment group and 50.0％ in control group;treatment group were superior to control group(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with drugs has significant therapeutic effects of SCD.
