为观察氟康唑滴眼液治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的疗效，用０．２％氟康唑滴眼治疗２６例真菌性角膜溃疡，溃疡面积达６ｍｍ或小于６ｍｍ而有前房积脓者每半小时滴眼１次，溃疡面积小于６ｍｍ者每小时滴眼１次，视病情好转可减少点眼次数。抽１９９４年以前确诊真菌性角膜溃疡的住院病人１８例作为对照。结果：治疗组治愈率７３．０８％，总有效率达９２．３１％，两组间治愈率和总有效率经卡方检验Ｐ＜０．０１，有极显著差异。结论：０．２％氟康唑滴眼治疗真菌性角膜溃疡有较好疗效，无毒副作用，痛苦小，既经济又方便病人。
In order to observe the efficacy of fluconazole eye drops in the treatment of fungal corneal ulcer, 26 cases of fungal corneal ulcer were treated with 0.2% fluconazole eye drops, the ulcer area was 6mm or less, Eye drops 1 hour, ulcer area of less than 6mm drops 1 hour per hour, depending on the patient’s condition can reduce the number of eye drops. Draw in 1994 before the diagnosis of fungal corneal ulcer in 18 patients as a control. Results: The cure rate of the treatment group was 73.08%, the total effective rate was 92.31%. The cure rate and total effective rate between the two groups were significantly different by chi-square test (P <0.01). Conclusion: 0.2% fluconazole eye drops treatment of fungal corneal ulcer has a good effect, no toxic side effects, little pain, both economical and convenient for patients.
