在新的历史条件下,统筹解决人口问题的重点在农村,所以要发挥村计生协会的优势,以建设和谐家庭、和谐计生为重点,为群众办实事,办好事。乡、村计生协会要在工作上细化、量化,做到高标准、高要求、规范化、上档次,使村(居)计生协会基本上达到“组织健全,活动经常,搞好服务,形成风尚”的标准,起到“参与中心,开展活动,搞好监督,服务群众”的作用,使“协会建在村(居)上,活动落实在组上,利益体现在群众身上”。为全面提高全省村级协会的服务管理水平,增强协会基层组织的创造力、凝聚力和战斗力,为全面推进新农村建设提供坚强有力的保障,2009年4月17日,河南省计生协村级协会规范化建设现场会在辉县市召开。现场会上,新乡市、辉县市、洛阳市洛龙区、漯河市舞阳县作了典型经验发言。此次现场会的召开,对加强村级计划生育协会规范化建设,充分发挥计划生育协会作用,推动人口与计划生育工作迈上新台阶奠定了良好基础。

The convening of this on-site meeting laid a good foundation for strengthening the standardization of village family planning associations, giving full play to the role of family planning associations and pushing population and family planning work to a new level.
