自世界上首条地下铁路系统“伦敦大都会铁路”(Metropolitan Railway)于1863年在英国开通,为公共交通事业开辟了新领域,成为公共交通发展趋向。随着我国综合国力的增强,地铁建设已经进入快车道,建设运营总里程已达世界前列。在地铁为经济发展提供巨大推动力的同时,如何控制其建设成本,也成为了各界关注的重点。笔者现对地铁工程造价控制做一些浅显的分析。
Since the first underground railway system in the world, the “Metropolitan Railway” opened in Britain in 1863, it has opened up new areas for public transport and become a trend of public transport. With the enhancement of comprehensive national strength of our country, the subway construction has entered the fast lane and the total mileage of construction and operation has reached the world level. While providing a huge driving force for the economic development of the MTRC, how to control its construction costs has also become the focus of attention from all walks of life. The author is now on the subway project cost control to do some simple analysis.
