由北京建筑设计院设计的中国美术学院校园整体改造方案设计于1999年3月18日初步审查通过。文化部、浙江省计经委、省教委、杭州市政府、杭州市建委、规划等有关部门的领导和代表共39人参加了会议。会议由省计经委主持。文化部计财司张二虎副司长、浙江省计经委孙永森主任、杭州市政府卢步东副秘书长在会上讲了话。中国美术学院院长潘公凯介绍了项目的前期情况,北京市建筑设计院的工程师们介绍了中国美术学院整体改造方案设计。与会代表、领导在听取了设计介绍后对方案进行了认真的审议。
The campus renovation plan of the China Academy of Art designed by the Beijing Institute of Architectural Design was designed for preliminary review on March 18, 1999. A total of 39 leaders and representatives of the Ministry of Culture, Zhejiang Provincial Economic Commission, Provincial Education Commission, Hangzhou Municipal Government, Hangzhou Construction Committee, and other relevant departments attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by the Provincial Planning Commission. Deputy Director Zhang Erhu of the Planning and Finance Department of the Ministry of Culture, Director Sun Yongsen of the Economic Commission for Economic Planning of Zhejiang Province, and Deputy Secretary-General Lu Budong of the Hangzhou Municipal Government spoke at the meeting. Pan Gongkai, dean of the China Academy of Art, introduced the preliminary situation of the project. The engineers of the Beijing Institute of Architectural Design introduced the design of the overall renovation project of the China Academy of Art. The delegates and leaders carefully reviewed the plan after hearing the design introduction.
