入选理由 2004年9月22日,万科集团在北京举行万科二十周年新闻发布会。万科集团最高管理层董事长王石率董事总经理郁亮、副总经理丁长峰和张纪文等出席了新闻发布会。在会上,王石正式宣布,万科已经完成了第一代管理层向第二代管理层交班的过程,万科成立的二十周年将是管理层更新换代的转折点, 以郁亮为核心的第二代管理层将全面替代以王石为核心的第一代管理层。在未来十年,新管理层将会更专注于地产专业化和精细化的发展,以提高有质量的增长作为万科的中长期发展规划目标。一直以来,在大众眼里,“王石”等同于“万科”的同名词。在发布会上,王石并没有否认淡出前台而走向幕后。他说,“万科进入2000年后很多管理层的决定已经源于整个管理团队,接下来他不会接触过多的管理操作”。但是,他也表示,仍然参与万科管理层事务。王石还表示,他对现在的管理层工作也是满意的,但同时也透露,“万科现在已经考虑如何培养第三代管理层,但这不是三五年可以完成的”。此次新闻发布会,正式宣布郁亮成为万科第二代管理层的灵魂人物。“未来10年新管理层将全面向专业化、精细化发展。”
