用正电子湮没方法研究了新型超微晶软磁合金的微观结构缺陷,样品选用的是在不同温度下退火的Fe(81)P(12)C3Cu1Mo(0.5)Si(2.5)合金。结果表明,合金的微观结构缺陷大小、密度随退火温度有规律地变化,这种现象可能与非晶的晶化过程有关。
The positron annihilation method was used to study the microstructural defects of the novel ultrafine-grained soft magnetic alloys. The samples were selected from Fe (81) P (12) C3Cu1Mo (0.5) Si (2.5) alloys annealed at different temperatures . The results show that the size and density of microstructure defects change regularly with the annealing temperature, which may be related to the crystallization process.
