目的采用放射免疫分析法分析尿中β2-m、Alb、IgG、sIgA来提高糖尿病肾病早期的诊断率。方法收集糖尿病病人150例和40例健康者,晨起排尽尿后,饮水500ml,1h后留取中段尿液。用专用尿杯及试管取样10ml送检。调尿标本pH至6.8~7.5后4℃保存待测。所用检测试剂β_2-m、Alb试剂盒由天津九鼎医学生物工程公司提供;测量仪器为中国科技大学中佳公司生产的GC-1200型γ放射免疫计数器。结果尿β_2-m、Alb、IgG、sIgA检测与尿常规、血Cre、血Urea检查比较肾功能异常检出率有极显著差异(P<0.01),尿β_2-m、Alb、IgG、sIgA检测明显优于其他三种方法。结论采用放射免疫分析法分析尿中β_2-m、Alb、IgG、sIgA对提高糖尿病肾病早期的诊断率具有重要意义。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of β2-m, Alb, IgG and sIgA in urine by radioimmunoassay to improve the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy. Methods 150 patients with diabetes mellitus and 40 healthy subjects were enrolled. After excretion of morning urine, 500ml of drinking water was taken and the middle urine was taken after 1h. With a special urine cup and test tube sampling 10ml inspection. Urine specimens pH to 6.8 ~ 7.5 after 4 ℃ to be tested. The test kit β_2-m and Alb kit was provided by Tianjin Jiuding Medical Bioengineering Co., Ltd. The measuring instrument was GC-1200 type gamma radioimmunoassay manufactured by China Jiaotong University Zhongjia Company. Results The detection rates of urinary β_2-m, Alb, IgG and sIgA were significantly different (P0.01), urine β_2-m, Alb, IgG and sIgA Obviously better than the other three methods. Conclusion Radioimmunoassay analysis of urinary β_2-m, Alb, IgG, sIgA is of great importance to improve the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.
