汉语是中国各民族的通用语言,也是母语非汉语的少数民族学生的第二语言。朝鲜族学生在义务教育及高中阶段共进行12年的汉语学习。过去很长一段时间,朝鲜族学生曾存在过“高分低能”的现象,但是近几年,朝鲜族学生的汉语水平有了长足的进步,尤其是口语,达到了比较高的水平。但是,目前朝鲜族学生汉语书面表达能力仍然不尽如人意。书面表达是最能体现表达者语言素质及综合素质的一种语言实践活动,也是语言学习中最难生成的
