水泥稳定碎石混合料是高速公路建设中广泛采用的基层材料,其收缩性能对基层裂缝控制具有重要意义。采用电阻应变片测量法,对3种级配、剂量为2%~5%的水泥稳定碎石混合料进行干缩和温缩试验,分析试验结果及收缩产生机理。试验结果表明,干缩应变或干缩系数随水泥剂量增加而先减小后增大,温缩应变或温缩系数随水泥剂量增加而增大;混合料中粗集料增加,干缩应变或干缩系数略有增加,而温缩应变或温缩系数减少;混合料前期失水率较大,干缩应变较小,而后期失水率较小,干缩应变急剧增大;施工现场应注意控制水分散失,减少收缩裂缝产生。
Cement stabilized aggregate is a widely used base material in highway construction, and its shrinkage performance is of great significance to crack control at the grassroots level. The resistance strain gauges were used to measure the shrinkage and shrinkage of three types of cement-stabilized macadam mixes with the dosage of 2% ~ 5%.
