我们用抗菌新药吡哌酸对烧伤创面常见细菌进行药物敏感牲测定:实验用6株G~-杆菌和2株G~+球菌均采自未使用过吡哌酸的烧伤病人感染创面。吡哌酸原液由吡哌酸片剂提取。选用普遍肉汤培养基。采用试管法测定8株细菌对吡哌酸的敏感度。
We use the antibacterial drug piperacillin to test the susceptibility of common bacteria in burn wounds: 6 G- and 2 G- + cocci were collected from burn patients who had not been treated with pipemidic acid. Pipemidic acid stock solution is extracted from pipemidic acid tablets. Selection of the general broth. Test tube method to determine the sensitivity of 8 strains of pipemidic acid.
