目的 :建立木香药材的质量评价标准。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法测定了 2 2批药材及饮片中木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯的含量。色谱柱为C18柱 (6 0mm× 15 0mm) ,流动相为甲醇 -水 (6 5∶35 ) ,检测波长为 2 2 5nm。结果 :定量方法简单 ,快速 ,准确。木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯的回收率分别为 99 6 % ,98 4% ;RSD(n =5 )分别为 1 2 % ,1 8%。结论 :该方法可做控制木香质量用。
Objective : To establish a quality evaluation standard for woody medicinal herbs. Methods : The content of woody lactone and dehydrocostus lactone in 22 batches of medicinal materials and decoction pieces was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The column was a C18 column (60 mm × 150 mm), the mobile phase was methanol-water (6 5:35), and the detection wavelength was 225 nm. Results: The quantitative method is simple, rapid and accurate. The recoveries of the wood-coburnolide and dehydrocostuslactone were 99.6% and 98.4%, respectively; RSD (n=5) were 12% and 18%, respectively. Conclusion: This method can be used to control the quality of woody.
