课堂教学公平是教育公平重要的子部分,是学生学习积极性的关键,也是取得良好教学效果的基础。但是小学课堂教学仍然存在不公平的现象,如小学课堂教学环境创设、课堂教学方式、学生参与互动的机会、教师的课堂教学评价等方面的不公平,造成不公平的原因主要是应试教育体制的压制、教师主观偏见和小学学生个体差异性的影响。营造积极的课堂教学环境、建设完善有序的小学课堂教学评价机制、创建和谐的小学课堂学习共同体和关注小学学生个体差异性是促进小学课堂教学公平的策略。
Classroom teaching equity is an important part of education fair, is the key to student learning enthusiasm, but also to obtain good teaching results. However, there are still unfair phenomena in the teaching of primary school, such as the ineffectiveness of teaching environment in primary schools, classroom teaching methods, opportunities for students to participate in interaction and teachers’ evaluation of classroom teaching. The main causes of inequity are mainly due to the examination-oriented education system Suppression, Teachers’ Subjective Prejudice and Individual Differences in Primary School Students. Creating a positive classroom teaching environment, building a perfect and orderly primary school classroom teaching evaluation mechanism, creating a harmonious primary school classroom learning community and paying attention to the individual differences of primary school students are the strategies to promote the fairness in primary school classroom teaching.
