由城乡建设部建筑机械研究所和吉林工程机械厂共同研制的JQW500型双卧轴强制式混凝土搅拌机,是我国第一台高效、节能、经济效益显著的新颖搅拌机,如图所示。该机于1982年11月通过部级鉴定。现已由城乡建设部批准投入小批生产。该机设计先进、合理。特别是搅拌轴结构形式独特,较好地解决了国外卧轴式搅拌机中 The JQW500 twin-shaft forced concrete mixer jointly developed by the Institute of Construction Machinery of the Ministry of Urban and Rural Construction and the Jilin Engineering Machinery Plant is the first high-efficiency, energy-saving and economically-effective new mixer in China, as shown in the figure. The aircraft passed the ministerial appraisal in November 1982. It has been approved by the Ministry of Urban and Rural Development to invest in small batch production. The aircraft is advanced and reasonable in design. In particular, the structure of the agitator shaft is unique, and it is better solved in the horizontal shaft mixer in the foreign countries.
