This paper analyzes the current status quo of primary schoolchildren’s cooperative learning mode, points out the significance and characteristics of the cooperative learning mode under the framework of pedagogical teaching strategy, and introduces the process of cooperative learning mode of primary schoolchildren under the framework of pedagogical teaching strategy.
