培养应用型、创新型人才是高等职业院校自身改革和发展的需要。本文认为高职院校要转变观念,确立以培养学生创新精神和应用能力为重点的教育观;要采取有利于应用型、创新人才培养的教学模式,提升人才培养质量;要整合资源,加强实践性教学,改革教学方法与教学手段,提高学生实践能力和创新创业能力,满足经济社会发展对应用型人才、创新人才的需要。
Training applied and innovative talents is the need of higher vocational colleges for their own reform and development. This paper argues that vocational colleges should change their concepts and establish an education concept focusing on cultivating students’ innovative spirit and practical ability. It is necessary to adopt a teaching mode that is conducive to application-oriented and innovative personnel training so as to improve the quality of personnel training. To integrate resources and strengthen practice Sex teaching, reforming teaching methods and teaching methods, improving students’ ability to practice and innovation, and meeting the needs of employing and innovating talents for economic and social development.
