本文选用来源丰富、价格便宜的淀粉为原料,采用γ射线辐射法合成淀粉的接枝共聚物,然后以接枝共聚物为母体,通过Mannich反应进一步胺甲基化改性,合成阳离子型改性絮凝剂。通过红外光谱、扫描电镜、热重分析等明确了接枝共聚物及阳离子化产物的组成、结构和性能,最后进行了絮凝试验。结果表明,用辐照法,以淀粉为原料成功地合成了阳离子型改性絮凝剂。红外光谱分析证实了接枝共聚物及胺甲基化产物的存在;扫描电镜分析表明接枝共聚物和胺甲基化产物形成网状的无规交联结构;热重分析表明接枝共聚物的热稳定性优于淀粉;性能试验表明,产品絮凝性能良好
In this paper, starch from abundant and inexpensive raw materials was used as raw materials, and the graft copolymers of starch were synthesized by γ-ray irradiation. Then, the graft copolymers were further modified by amine methylation through Mannich reaction to synthesize cationic modified Flocculant. The composition, structure and properties of the graft copolymers and cationized products were confirmed by IR, SEM and TG. Finally, the flocculation tests were carried out. The results showed that the cationic modified flocculant was successfully synthesized by using starch as raw material.
