为了有效推进高职院校专业人才培养模式的深化改革,提高高职院校专业教学水平和教学质量,应当大力推广高职院校与企业集团依托办学的人才培养管理模式。本研究通过对高职院校与企业集团依托办学实施过程中存在的问题进行深入探究,提出了解决实践办学合作过程中出现的问题创新对策和解决方案,以期为相关从业人员提供相应的借鉴。
In order to effectively promote the deepening reform of professional personnel training mode in higher vocational colleges and improve the professional teaching quality and teaching quality in higher vocational colleges, we should vigorously promote the personnel training and management mode of higher vocational colleges and enterprise groups relying on running schools. In this study, through in-depth exploration of the problems existing in higher vocational colleges and enterprise groups relying on the implementation of running a school, this paper puts forward some solutions and solutions to the problems that arise in the process of running school cooperation, in order to provide relevant reference for relevant practitioners.
