在商业竞争日益激烈的今天,传统百货业态日渐衰落。超级市场虽然正大行其道,但因功能缺陷而发展后劲不足。时下一种规模大、功能全、能满足人们不同消费需求的复合商业业态Shopping Mall几年前在华夏大地兴起,并有星火燎原之势,但在狂潮背后,不少红极一时的项目遭遇持续经营困境。作为城市超市时代的标志性建筑,Shopping Mall从其诞生的那一天起,就以其一站式的服务而深得国外消费者的喜爱,并成为人们休闲度假的好去处。而在中国,其要走的路还很长。Mall,目前的生存状态如何?发展过程中又有哪些得失?我们不妨对几个典型样本进行一番观察。
In an increasingly competitive business today, the traditional department store format declining.
