随着基础教育改革的不断深入,中小学校课堂教学改革的步伐也大大加快。如何让教师尽快适应课堂教学改革发展的要求,提高课堂教学效率,成为许多学校面临的共同问题。而解决问题的有效途径之一便是开展校本科研工作,用科研推动课堂教学改革。因此,学校如何开展有效的科研工作,如何调动大多数教师积极参与到科研活动中来,成为许多学校难以解决的问题。针对这个问题谈一谈个人的一点感受。一直以来,对校本科研工作的认识就停留在课题研究的范围内,认为校本科研就是承担各级各类科研课题工作并进行实践研究的工作,研究过程是相对独立的工作,与平时学校的教育教学工作联系不大,研究成果也不能真正应用在实际教育教学中。
