儿童糖尿病是儿科重要的内分泌疾病之一,对小儿生长发育及精神心理状态有重大的影响。随着人们生活条件的改善,儿童糖尿病呈增加趋势,由于糖尿病病理生理特点,绝大多数儿童为胰岛素依赖性糖尿病(IDDM),需要终生使用胰岛素治疗,但目前少数医务人员和家长对本病认识不足,病情控制差,导致早期出现合并症。现将我院内分泌门诊诊治上海地区20例糖尿病随访,总结如下。
