本文报导了盐酸四环素在Triton X—100表面活性剂存在下,于碱性介质中与Cu(Ⅱ)络合形成兰绿色的显色体系,从而用分光光度法来测定盐酸四环素含量的方法。该兰绿色显色液的最大吸收波长位于400nm处,色泽在1h内保持稳定不变。盐酸四环素含量在0~16μg/ml间符合比耳定律,其摩尔吸光系数为2.0×10~4L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)。本法曾用于盐酸四环素片剂及四环素眼膏中盐酸四环素含量的测定,结果令人满意。方法具有简便、准确、灵敏等优点。
This paper reports a method for the determination of tetracycline hydrochloride by spectrophotometry using tetracycline hydrochloride in the presence of Triton X-100 surfactant to complex with Cu (II) in an alkaline medium to form a greenish-blue system. The blue-green color liquid maximum absorption wavelength at 400nm, the color remained stable within 1h. Beer ’s law was obeyed when the content of tetracycline hydrochloride was between 0 and 16 μg / ml, and the molar absorptivity was 2.0 × 10 4 L · mol -1 (-1) cm -1. This method has been used in tetracycline hydrochloride tablets and tetracycline tetracycline hydrochloride tetracycline content determination, the results are satisfactory. The method is simple, accurate, sensitive and so on.
