南京水利科学研究院为胜利油田设计了一条水泥管的污水管线。管壁分为两层,外层为耐海水腐蚀的混凝土,内层为7毫米厚的 AS 特种水泥沙浆。AS 水泥制品除具有更好的耐酸碱盐腐蚀性能外,还有早凝、高强的特点。两层的水泥管采用离心法先后同时浇制,凝结为一体。该管线的技术要求是工作压力0.7MPa,竣工试验压力1.(?)MPa,环境温度0~70℃,耐油的橡胶圈柔性接头。管径 Dg400的水泥管每公里总承包造价为30万元(市场价计算)。
