高职院校的二级学生工管理是管理的基本单位,校系二级管理模式对于高职院校来说是一个正在探索的新阶段,新模式。本文通过对二级学学院学生工作管理的内涵,原则以及学生工作绩效评估指标体系方法来论述。结合使用平衡计分卡盒关键绩效指标构建了相应的科学合理的评估体系。从进了二级学院学生管理的增加。
