本文对胃舒颗粒中人参、白术、甘草进行了薄层层析鉴别,用双波长薄层扫描法测定君药中人参人参皂甙Rg1的含量,并对方法学进行了考察。
In this paper, the ginseng, Atractylodes macrocephala, and licorice in Weishu granules were identified by thin-layer chromatography. The content of Rg1 in ginseng ginsenosides was determined by dual-wavelength thin-layer scanning method. The methodological study was also conducted.
