目的探讨宫外孕保守治疗的方法及效果。方法选取我科2010年1月至2012年6月期间收治的宫外孕患者120例患者采用药物保守治疗措施的临床资料,分析治疗的效果。结果本研究120例患者采用药物保守治疗后,有106例获得成功,成功率在89%。跟踪随访3个月,未有并发症出现,其余14例没有获得成功,胚囊增大或破裂后病势发展严重,转诊治疗,患者全部痊愈。结论采用药物保守治疗宫外孕成功几率高,但是要仔细遴选药物,治疗阶段密切观察患者的情况,一旦出现失败征兆,立即实施其他手段,确保患者不发生生命危险的险象。
Objective To explore the method and effect of conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods A total of 120 patients with ectopic pregnancy who were treated in our department from January 2010 to June 2012 were enrolled in this study. Clinical data of conservative treatment were used to analyze the effect of treatment. Results Of the 120 patients in our study, 106 were successfully treated with conservative treatment with a success rate of 89%. Follow-up 3 months follow-up, no complications occurred, the remaining 14 cases did not succeed, the embryo sac increased or ruptured after the serious development of the disease, referral treatment, patients were fully recovered. Conclusion The conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy with a high probability of success, but to carefully select the drug, the treatment phase closely observe the patient’s condition, once the failure symptoms, immediately implement other means to ensure that patients do not have the danger of life-threatening.
