近年来,中南地区的一些大中城市,在新建、改建沿街建筑中,底层商店住宅(即住宅底层带商店的建筑)占了一定的比例。据统计,仅1971～1972年,武汉市即建造50,000余平方米,郑州市建造20,000余平方米,逐步改善了人民居住水平,增加了生活服务设施,体现了党和政府对劳动人民的关怀。同时也反映出国民经济迅速发展的大好形势。
In recent years, in some large and medium-sized cities in the Central and South China region, in the construction of newly built or reconstructed buildings along the street, the proportion of the bottom storehouses (that is, the buildings with residential floors and shops) accounted for a certain proportion.
