蚌埠闸分洪道公路桥系淮河上重要的水利枢纽——蚌埠闸的组成部份之一,该桥建成于1971年,全桥6孔,每孔跨度32m,结构形式为空腹式双曲拱。 1982年至1987年,发现拱肋的可见裂缝逐年增多,并沿钢筋延伸,缝宽渐大,钢筋锈蚀,有些拱肋砼保护层局部脱落。一、检测结果及破坏原因 1987年底,皖水科所对砼碳化和钢筋锈蚀最严重孔的拱肋就碳化深度、裂缝宽度和钢筋锈蚀情况等进行了检测。查明中孔拱肋钢筋砼结构的保护层厚度绝大部份在15mm左右,最大的25mm、最小的5mm,远达不到设计要求的35mm。拱肋最大碳化深度为41.1mm,每条拱肋至少有67%以上测点的碳化深度已超过砼实际保护层
The Shuzha floodway highway bridge is one of the components of the Xizha Gate, an important water control project on the Huaihe River. The bridge was built in 1971. The bridge has six holes, each span 32m, and the structure is an open-pit double arch. From 1982 to 1987, the visible cracks in the arch ribs were found to increase year by year, and along the steel bars, the width of the cracks gradually increased, the steel bars rusted, and some of the arch ribs and ridges partially fell off. First, test results and causes of damage At the end of 1987, the Department of Surabaya conducted a test on the ribs of carbonization and corrosion of steel bars with the most severe holes in terms of carbonization depth, crack width, and corrosion of steel bars. The thickness of the protective layer of the reinforced concrete structure of the middle hole arch was found to be around 15mm, with the largest 25mm and the smallest 5mm, far below the design requirement of 35mm. The maximum carbonization depth of arch ribs is 41.1mm, and the carbonization depth of each arch rib at least 67% of the measured points exceeds the actual protective layer.
