以重庆某办公建筑为例,探索一种基于能耗模拟技术的系统的节能设计决策与优化方法。按照信息收集—设计分析—能耗模拟—设计优化—可行性分析的设计思路,模拟预测了概念设计—详细设计—装修阶段各设计阶段的运行能耗和对应的系统和设备用能。基于模拟结果的灵敏度分析和灵敏度工具,综合直观,可以为具体项目节能设计的展开提供参考。
Taking an office building in Chongqing as an example, this paper explores a system energy - saving design decision and optimization method based on energy consumption simulation technology. According to the design ideas of information collection, design analysis, energy consumption simulation, design optimization and feasibility analysis, the energy consumption of operation and the corresponding system and equipment energy consumption during each design phase of conceptual design, detailed design and decoration are simulated and predicted. Based on the sensitivity of the simulation results and sensitivity analysis tools, comprehensive and intuitive, can provide reference for the commencement of specific projects energy-saving design.
