采用 ̄(60)Coγ射线0.2、0.3kGy辐照荔枝,然后分别置于室温(平均32℃)和低温(5℃)下贮藏。在贮藏的不同时期分别对荔枝的烂果率、褐变率,呼吸强度,果皮多酚氧化酶活性及主要营养成分进行分析。结果表明,用0.2、0.3kGyγ射线辐照荔枝,既可减少果实的烂果率和褐变率,又不影响果实的品质。低剂量辐照结合低温冷藏可延长荔枝货架寿命。
Litchi was irradiated with ¯ (60) Coγ ray at 0.2 and 0.3 kGy and then stored at room temperature (32 ° C average) and low temperature (5 ° C) respectively. The rates of rotting fruit, browning rate, respiration rate, polyphenol oxidase activity of peel and main nutritional components of litchi were analyzed in different periods of storage. The results showed that irradiation of litchi with 0.2,0.3 kGy gamma ray could not only reduce the rotten fruit rate and browning rate but also did not affect the fruit quality. Low dose radiation combined with low temperature refrigeration can extend the shelf life of litchi.
